About

Renee Morrison

Hello, I’m Renee.

I created this online psychology practice to reach people from all walks of life. I find being a Clinical Psychologist incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to support others in making meaningful changes in their lives.

Therapy is a conversation with purpose, where together a personalised therapeutic approach is created, to achieve valued change, develop more effective coping skills, and build a better quality life. Together, we work towards goals shaped by what’s important to you.

I take a neuro-affirming approach, and I welcome clients of all ages, as well as those from diverse linguistic, cultural, and sexual orientation backgrounds.

What can I help you with?

  • Setting boundaries and managing conflict in relationships.

  • Learning how to communicate and express needs better in relationships.

  • Exploring values and building motivation for the goals you want to achieve.

  • Managing emotions and regulating your nervous system.

  • Strategies for coping with low mood, anxiety, and stress.

  • Developing tools for introspection and reducing unhelpful coping habits.

  • Responding in a more balanced way to your emotional needs—learning to “work with” your feelings rather than avoiding them or letting them take control.

  • Being more present in your life and with others.

  • Managing burnout and perfectionism/hyper-functioning.

  • Cultivating self-compassion and addressing your inner critic to help it heal.

  • Completing assessments and diagnoses for a range of mental health concerns.
