Private Fee
The fee for July 2024-2025 will be $225 per 50-minute session.
Additional Charges
+ $20 for After Hours Appointment (Appointments before 9am and from 5pm on Weekdays; and all Weekend appointments)
Medicare rebate
We are registered with Medicare, and rebates are available for eligible clients. To receive psychological services under a Medicare rebate, you must be referred by your GP.
Starting from July 1, 2024, individuals with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from their GP are entitled to receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session with a Clinical Psychologist. Eligible clients are entitled to up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
**Please ensure you obtain your MHTP before your first session so we can process your rebate. Rebates will be processed electronically at the end of your consultation.
Full Fee: $225
Medicare Rebate (2024-2025): $141.85
Out-of-pocket: $83.15

NDIS
We are not an NDIS registered provider. However, if you have a self-managed plan you are welcome to access our services and claim the cost against the plan.
Cancellation Fees:
Please provide more than 48 hours notice in order to avoid cancellation fees. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee will apply. A DNA is considered to have occurred if the client is late by more than 20 minutes to an appointment.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Cancelled with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours = $50 +GST
Cancelled with less than 24 hours notice = $100 +GST
DNA/No show = Full cost of session +GST
